Publication Procedure
The publication procedure of the International Journal of Business Operations and Management Studies ensures that accepted manuscripts are converted into high-tier, discoverable, and permanent records of scholarship. Once a paper successfully clears the double-blind peer-review process and receives a formal administrative acceptance from the Editor-in-Chief, it immediately enters the production stream.
The Production and Dissemination Workflow
The post-acceptance workflow is a highly coordinated process designed to optimize text clarity, technical metadata, and global distribution. Authors are required to collaborate closely with the production desk during these final stages.
Article Versioning and Preservation Policy
To maintain the absolute integrity of the scholarly record, the journal enforces strict version control protocols. Authors and readers interact with clearly defined iterations of the research.
Preprint (Author's Original Manuscript)
The initial un-reviewed version of the paper before editorial consideration. Authors retain full rights to share this version on independent servers or personal blogs, provided it does not contain the journal’s formal branding.
Accepted Manuscript (Postprint)
The version of the paper that has completed peer review and incorporates all required revisions, but has not yet undergone professional typesetting, layout design, or copyediting.
Version of Record (Final Published PDF)
The definitive peer-reviewed, copyedited, and typeset article published directly on the journal website. This version contains the official volume, issue, and page numbers, alongside active metadata and permanent DOIs.
Post-Publication Corrections Policy
The Version of Record is considered unalterable. If a significant mathematical or factual error is discovered post-publication that compromises the research conclusions, the journal will not silently replace the file. Instead, following international publishing ethics protocol, a formal Erratum or Corrigendum notice will be published and electronically linked to the original article, ensuring full transparency.
