4.1 Retained Rights and Licensing Terms

Upon acceptance of a manuscript, authors retain the copyright to their work while granting International Journal of Business Operations and Management Studies an exclusive license to publish, archive, and commercially distribute the article.

4.2 Repository Policy (Self-Archiving)

International Journal of Business Operations and Management Studies supports green open-access and encourages authors to self-archive their work.

  • Preprints: Authors may deposit their preprint (the version prior to peer review) in any repository or repository platform at any time.

  • Author Accepted Manuscripts (AAM): The unedited, accepted version may be posted to institutional or subject-specific repositories immediately upon formal acceptance.

  • Version of Record (VoR): The final, publisher-formatted PDF can be freely shared on personal websites, institutional repositories, and academic social networks (such as ResearchGate and Academia.edu) immediately upon online publication, provided a full bibliographic reference and DOI link to the original journal site are supplied.
